Paneer Tikka

Paneer is an Indian cheese made by using milk. We make fresh paneer at our restaurant and then we use an amalgamation of spices to marinate paneer. It then goes in angeethi (tandoor) on skewers along with onions and bell peppers. Served with sweet and sour tamarind sauce and spicy and delicate mint-coriander sauce and a wedge of lemon slice
